The Culture

  • Transparency to ensure we are all on the same page.
    We ensure there is clarity when communicating. We seek for understanding where we both agree to what every statement means even in design.
  • Respect to self and others. Lead self well before leading others. When you respect yourself first, you are able to respect others. When you lead yourself best, it leads to others following your lead best. When we all respect and lead ourselves first, our community grows.
  • Intentionality to be successful and involving others. Set your mind and actions to be intentionally successful. Seek opportunities and grow. While doing that, involve others on your journey of success. Life is enjoyable when everyone around you is also successful. It eliminates hate and envy. 

The Habits

  • Genuinely being fair in all your dealings. Fairness is relative but we all feel unfairness when we experience it. Be true to yourself and your fellow people about being fair in all your engagement. In such a community, there is progress and less set backs or shortcuts. Integrity is key.
  • Accountability for failure or success. You do not have an option to opt out of how your actions or decisions influenced a result especially when it is a failure. Embrace the result, decide on an action, and continue to accept the responsibility of being accountable no matter what - success or failure. 
  • Always ensure the standard is high and quality. It takes the same effort to produce a low quality product or service. Why not choose to deliver high quality and maintain the highest standard ? This is true value to everyone and everything. Our every touch point will be of high standard.
  • Willingness to share, and share NOT gate keep. We grow because we share. Opportunities, knowledge, research, love and a lot of other things in our lives. Have the habit of sharing. Do not gate keep information, that is the best way to improve systems and grow together. And to you who is on the receiving end, make good use of what has been shared and replicate all the values. The ripple effect of impact.
